My progress in my healthy challenge

My healthy challenge for this month was to stop drinking coke and stop eating junk food.
Now I'm working to change my habits, firs of all I'm drinking 1 liter of water per day, I want to increase it to 2 liters and I'm working on it. In the recess I'm eating healthy food, like sandwich or a fruit; I stopped buying chips and cookies, because I know that if I want to have  a balanced diet I need to eat in a healthy way.
In the only thing that I have to work harder, is the exercise, I started going to the park to run, and walk, but the last week I stopped going. So in the rest of the month I promise to make exercise everyday this month and make the exercise a routine of my day and my life

Two and a half men - Summary

The season of "Two and a half men" started with a big purpose, to introduce Ashton Kutcher to the show and finally end with the character of Charlie Seen.
The chapter starts with the funeral of the ex protagonist. Alan goes home with the ashes of his brother, and all the family started to look for persons who wanted to buy the house.  One night, Alan found Walden (the new character) in the window; he is a billionare guy who tried to suicide because he wasn't lucky with the love. They went to a bar where they they met two girls, who later took to Alan's home. Walden stayed in the house for that night, and he decided that he was going to buy it.
From this chapter, the story with the character of Walden is going to start; and is expected to be a success, because this was only the first chapter of the season.

How to improve your health(:

I think that the most important thing to have a productive life is to be healthy. Good health means having good habits, such as a balanced diet, nutrition, exercise, etc.
I think that being healthy is very important and requires constant and daily effort, if you want to improve the quality of your life, you need to have good habits. The alimentation plays a very important role in the health, you need to have a balanced diet to get the energy that the body needs to function in a correctly and complete way.
The exercise is a good habit to stay healthy, it has to be daily and constant. Exercise helps you to be relaxed and gives you energy, it has many benefits. The only thing you have to do is schedule your day and give a special hour to do exercise, and then it becomes a good habit for your life.
If you want to improve your health is very important to avoid consuming products that hurt you, such as drugs, these products are addictive and harmful, and in the future bring a lot of problems.
It is also important to be an optimistic and positive person, we have the control of our life, and if  we take everything with a good attitud, the results are going to be good, we will be happy and healthy.
So is simple, if you want to have a healthy life, the only thing you have to do is to have a balanced diet, do exercise and have a positive attitude.

Have you ever dated?

I could tell that my first date was a little bit improvised, we were on summer vacations, and a friend invited me to sleep in her house, it was saturday and in the night we got online in Facebook chat. This boy knew me because the boyfriend of my friend, he introduced us; anyway, we chat for hours, and then he invited me to see him play in a soccer game. I didn't want to go by myself, so I convinced my friend to accompany me, besides her boyfriend was playing that game too.
My friend and I went to see them in sunday morning, she met there with her boyfriend, and I went with this boy. We watched them playing, and I remember that I was very nervous, but the worst part was that just that day was too hot, and they didn't tell us that they were going to play two games!, so we stayed there for almost 2 hours. We talked at the end of the games and in the halftime.  I had a good time there, after the game we talked a lot, and they invited us to go to eat something, when we were in the restaurant we spent a good time, I enjoyed it, it was a new experience for me and I guess that we all had a lot of fun. After that my friend and I went to my house and we talked about what happened. I think that was a very funny day that I will never forget. And according to the reading (that we saw in class), my date was like the dating system because we were in a public place, and the boy was who took the initiative to invite me.

What features do Mexicans consider attractive?

I think that the attractiveness of the people is something very subjective and personal. It depends on the perspective of the person, the feelings, beliefs or needs.
But talking about Mexicans, I think that most of the men feel attracted to blondes, tall women with lighter skin color, they prefer the women with good body and shape, with nice legs, ...
The mexican women prefer the muscular guys, tall men and with nice hair, ... but the reality is that every person has a different type of beauty, and personaly I think that the physical attractiveness is not the most important thing, it is also necessary that you like the mood and personality of the people.
Everybody is different, we all have special things that make us who we are, that's why I concluded that everybody has their own concept of beauty.

This thing called love

After reading the article of my english book "This thing called love" I answered to the question number 2. I think that the couple feels hopeful because they are sure about their feelings for each other, they are falling in love and they see the possibility of being together; though they just barely know each other, they know that they are born to be together, this is because both of them are presenting the best of themselves. But the fact that they just met, makes them feel uncertain about if the relation will work out, they know that the idea of being in love is beautiful but they also know that keeping a relationship requires much effort and sacrifice.

About the question number 3, I agree with the writer that romantic love can be found in all cultures. I think that love is international, I mean that the love has no limits, so everybody can fall in love in a romantic way.
Love can be found in all cultures because what really matters is not the place where you come from, instead are the things that you do to be with the person you love and all the sacrifices you would do just to spend the rest of your life with that person.

Love (:

I think that the love is the most amazing feeling in the world.
It can be everywhere, in actions, thoughts, in relationships, but the most beautiful thing about love, is that can change the life of the people; I think that is a very strong feeling, a person that acts with love is very happy and peaceful.
I realized that the love, is a weapon that this world has, to fight against the bad feelings.
There's a lot of types of love, for friends, family, pets, teachers,... but is perfect in all of kinds.
For me the love is hard to explain in words, instead I prefer to act with love and joy, and I'm pretty sure  about one thing, that LOVE <3 is the most perfect feeling in the world.

Hollywood's Highest-Grossing Actors

According to the Forbes list, the top 10 of the leading men and women whose talent helped their films become successful. 

Here I will present you just the first 5 places, the top 5.

The number 1 on the Forbes list is Leonardo DiCaprio that earn at least $50 million for the movie Inception alone, reports Forbes. 

While people in USA speak English in the movies, in the Italian movies the actors speak in Italian, in this case Leo speak very well that earn much money, don't you think?

The numer 2 of the list is Mia Wasikowska, a fresh face in Hollywood who earned in the movie Alice in Wonderland $1.03 billion and in the film The Kids Are All Right, which has already garnered nearly $30 million worldwide. 

She is very young, which means that her career is just starting, so she better not feel drowsy.

The number 3 is nothing more and nothing less than Johnny Depp, a disciplined artist that played the role as the Mad Hatter in Alice in Wonderland with Mia, and filmed The tourist with Angelina Jolie. A person wanting to have fun, should watch all Johnny's films.

The number 4 is Robert Downey Jr., he got this place for the movie Iron man 2 and with the comedy Due Date. Rob is a lucky person considering that most of the actors in Hollywood don't get the same amount of money in just one movie.

So finally the number 5 is Daniel Radcliffe, the british actor who earned an estimated of $780 million so far, in the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1, furthermore this movie is in the top of the most anticipated film of 2011.

Water for elephants

Water for elephants is a new movie that is based in the novel of the passionate and motivated writer Sara Gruen.

The story starts when Jacob, who is played by Robert Pattinson, an old man who lives in a nursing home; he reminisces about his life during the Depression, when he found work at a circus taking care of the animals. He sees the brutality of circus life while he falls in love for the wife of an abusive animal trainer.

The movie was released in April 22 of this year in the USA, according to hollywoodnews.com, the final numbers of the earnings aren't yet but Box Office Mojo estimates that the movie will earn $17.5M in it's opening weekend. If achieved, this would represent earnings of nearly 50% on the film's $38M budget.

The best thing about watching this movie is that you can see how people love with all their heart and passion, and how was the life of the persons during that years.

Emma Watson leaves the University

Emma Watson, who plays the role of Hermione in Harry Potter, decided to leave the University of Brown, she was supposed to finish her career there, but she just step out of her studies. 

Her defiant attitude start to cause rumors about her personal life in the University, some people said that her first days there, were very difficult.

A lot of rumors about her unexpected departure of Brown are being published online, but despite of this rumors, she continues working on Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, that comes out in July. 

Emma Watson is a distinguished artist, and this is not a sob story about her, is just a decision that became a misinformation and in a gossip.

Zac Efron in a new animated movie?

Hollywood, which is a district in Los Angeles California, has the most important actors, and Zac Efron is not the exception. He is laid-back and relaxed, he enjoys working and acting in movies, and this time he is working with the famous country singer Taylor Swift, we know that they've been friends for a while, so we can't wait to hear about their new project. 

They will do the voice of the characters of a new animated movie, The Lorax, an animated adaption of the children's book classic by Dr. Seuss.

Zac will be the voice of Ted and Taylor will be Audrey, the girl of his dreams. They also joins Danny DeVito, Ed Helms and Rob Riggle in this new film.

They are very professionals so we can bet that this movie will be a hit and

I have a hunch  that this is just the beginning of their career.

PRETTY LITTLE LIARS!!

Actually Pretty Little Liars is a very popular American television serie, the history is based on the original novels written by Sara Shepard.

The show is about four girls that live in a suburban town, find out that Alison, who is one of their friends, was missing. One year later, they started to receive messages from a mysterious person that use the name "A", this person threatens to expose their secrets. So all the girls try to figure it out who knows their secrets too.

This show is also famous because of the casting, the boys of the serie are considered as the most attractive and sizzling boys on TV right now, but they are also friendly and outgoing; they enjoy working,  they are wild and crazy at parties and in the film,  all the cast is very nice giving interviews; they are now one of the favorites celebrities of Hollywood. From the girls to the guys, there is no end to the show’s hotness! When Celebbuzz sat down with PLL’s leading lady Lucy Hale, they had to know which one she thought was the cutest! Lucy didn’t hesitate to answer, though she did admit that her handsome costars made it hard to pick just one.
